1. Payment and delivery

We accept major credit cards, shortly after you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

We ship within 48 hrs using Posten shipping directly to your requested delivery address. The freight cost is visible on your receipt.

2. RETURNS

You have the full right to returning of the products you have ordered within 14 days after receipt provided the product has not been used or is damaged. If you receive any damaged or incorrectly expedited product Ankar will pay the return freight.

3. PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with Swedish law, Ankar must inform customers that all personal data that Ankar receives from its customers us strictly confidential.

Ankar will only use your personal data in order to fulfill the company’s commitments to customers. The information will not be forwarded or sold to any third party.

You have the right to request Ankar that any personal data that has been registered by Ankar should be corrected or removed.
